I think Ashley and Arianna are 100% customer service oriented, and always attentive the customer needs, and focused on the issue (why we hired Terminix). I feel comfortable having them respond either by phone (as Management) or in-person to tend to needs.
I would like to see Terminix "up their game" (modernize) with approach to pest control and rodent control. But this is no reflection on the staff, but more a company suggestion.

What I do not like is when you call the 800 number you do not know where you are calling and takes forever to get an answer and get something done. A 10 for all the local people and a 2 for everyone out of state.
