My service technician Marcos Contreras was knowledgeable and friendly. He cleared the cobwebs from the house and sprayed the house exterior and garage diligently. Later that day, I already started seeing dead cockroaches. For this, I am thankful.

I gave a nine because Terminix doesn’t have the same type excellence across the board. In MS area where I manage two properties, I am required to call several times before I can successfully get scheduled services.

My tech, Andrew Messick, has been with us for years. He always comes to his appointments and checks in with me when I am here. If I know I'm not going to be home he will talk to me by phone so I can tell him what bug problems I am having at the time. He is always friendly and he listens carefully. You are fortunate to have such a dependable and hard-working employee!!!
