The service price seemed fairly reasonable and Terminix is a known and reputable company. The initial sales person (Justin) was friendly, informative and not overly pushy. The service tech (Nicholas Beshore) was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what he did for treatment and checked if any questions.
