I still have a lot of fleas after the first visit. I also have not heard when the next treatment will be. I was given one day notice before the first visit that required me to take paid time off from work without notice.
I've been with you guys going on four years, your service is exceptional always, Willie wil definitley text you before he comes and will ring your door bell if you make a request when he's on the way.

Our technician is great. Highly reliable and attentive to our needs. Only negative is Terminix keeps jacking up the price for service. Loyal customers should get a discount.
My technician listens to me and he make sure he does a thorough job and he is always on time and he lets me know that if I need him, I can call the company and make another appointment to have someone look at what is going on as he knows. I get scared of bugs.

I have used them for years and found them to be reliable, effective and very smart. We get regular treatments and they are flexible when I need them to be. They brought rodent traps and check them regularly. I get photos of the interiors from the inspections, which I really like to see. They do a great job.
