I've had Terminix services for years and I appreciate my current technician Junior Gomez. He is friendly and and exhibits a professional attitude.
Terminix used to give me a phone call to coordinate the dates and times of future services. I've repeatedly asked for that, but still have not received adequate notice of the next service appointment. What I do receive is a two day text notice from the tech that will be out which is not enough time - especially if I'm not able to be home for the service.

He sends a text to let me know when he is coming to perform the services ahead of time . I have been using this service for many years now & there have never been any problems that they di not take care of immediately .

I really liked my technician, Dave! He was so nice and thorough and explained everything that he was doing and why. Was very easy to talk to, and we had a nice conversation while he treated my whole apartment carefully. He was kind and perceptive and very interested in what I had to say. He was also very encouraging about my pest problem and positive about the outcome. I thank him very much and thank you for sending him!

I had used Terminix in the past and was very satisfied with the results achieved. This time i requested help from Terminix is because we have free on-site extermination services in our condo association - but it was not working for our problem and i needed help beyond what was offered.
