I called in to cancel my account and she was able to convince me to continue the service at a discount, which she offered and fulfilled. Helpfulness, sinceretyand trustworthiness is what we as clients look for in a company.
My agent is also helpful, reliable and trustworthy. He can be called upon to complete a revisit at anytime and if he says he will come, I can rest assured that he will call/text to say he's on his way. These persons are an asset to your company and should be rewarded.
