My technician, Kyle, arrived and detected three wasp nests that I wasn't aware of. M I original call was for ants in the house. He found multiple p3st infestations on my property that I did know. He did an amazing job in determining and removing the unwanted pest on my property. Great job Kyle!

Our guy is efficient, gets the job done.
I have no problem with the service or the results. We do not have a problem with any kind of insect in the house. But the technician was at my house for approximately 30 minutes, 6 of which he was actually out of his truck doing the service. That 6 minutes included exiting the truck, putting on the backpack, walking to the house, doing the service and walking back to the truck. So less than 5 minutes were actually spend doing the service. I would be curious to know what he was doing for the other 25 minutes. Paperwork (which is all computerized)? Lunch? Nothing? Just curious...

Florence is very friendly, professional, and always willing to help answer questions that I have. He is always on time, willing, professional. He answers all my questions and will take his time and not rush through. He explains which rodent bait has activity. It would be nice if all your technicians had his personality. It really makes it easier to communicate. He really deserves the “10” rating.
