Ricky Wilson was my tech for MANY years and was excellent! Apparently, Ricky has been assigned to a different territory and will no longer be my tech. I am sad about this. But Scott Ruiz ,my new tech, had contacted me prior to the appointment and worked out all the details. He arrived on time (actually a bit early!) He was very pleasant, professional, thorough and efficient. I hope that he will continue as my tech.

Exterminator walked the house perimeter while i discussed my issues. He then went about his business sprinkleing, spraying and finally dusting cob webs .. He offered suggestions to me that made a lot of sense

They always do anything I ask. I recently had to redo my basement when I had water intrusion and they were very responsive to my need to have it sprayed. They were here to treat the outside, but took the time to also spray the basement.

VERNON has always been very professional and knowledgeable. On every occasion, he updates me on any pests that he notices on his visits. I’m alerted at every instance of his time of arrival and any instructions needed for a successful visit.
VERNON greets me with a big smile that reaches his eyes. He inquires about any pests that is causing trouble inside and outside my dwelling. I appreciate his willingness to work with me. He has done a great job every time he has sprayed around the perimeter of my yard or inside my home.
