I usually have the same technician . Damian has been great. I was running a little late yesterday to unlock my gate. I texted that I would be home in about 10 minutes and he was kind enough to wait. This is just a great example of the service that is provided.

Now the installer was very nice and proficient at his job. The only thing that left me baffled is why he chose to leave the large empty boxes by my trash cans. His job, his boxes and the fact that he didn't ask me after meeting me and I left my garage up in case he wanted to speak with me after the install. He did not. He left and left the boxes which should've been removed when he left.

Sonny and Craig were both personable and knowledgeable and guided me in what I felt was my best option moving forward.
