Ryan Ross was a great Terminix exterminator. He explained everything to us. After freezing the wasps, he walked the entire property looking for other hives.

I highly recommend Terminix to all homeowners. Thank you for the great job!

Terminix technicians like Roy yesterday have always been very outstanding! The office and general communications with customers has long been lacking. The website is pretty useless. And pricing continues to increase.

We were informed ahead of time from our new tech, Matthew Goncalves when he would be by for service. He did an excellent job! Very friendly and knowledgeable! He also rang the bell to let us know he was finished.
Very happy with our service where I felt Matthew really cared!

I'm very happy with my service technician. My only knock on Terminix is the auto-bill which they insist on. i would like to do more business with them but they insist on auto-bill which is a non-started for me.
