This is regarding the service provided by Florence Bumanglag for the quarterly pest control service:
Florence is very friendly, professional, and always willing to help answer questions that I have. He is always on time, willing, professional. He answers all my questions and will take his time and not rush through. He explains which rodent bait has activity. It would be nice if all your technicians had his personality. It really makes it easier to communicate. He really deserves the “10” rating.
