I am happy with the service. The service is almost always provided the next day. Yives (the technician who usually visits us) is great. He is knowledgeable and very hard working. He spends time to listen to the issue and never hesitates to explain and provide the resolution. We had mice issue 2 years back and he visited us every week to ensure that it was completely irradiated.
