We have had Terminix on contract to keep after our small but well maintained house for 30 years. I always feel I get good value. I want to pass along my compliments about Danny. It comes down to this – I saw him do a good job, not in a hurry. Careful, as if the place was his place. Nice guy. I like to work with vendors who I feel comfortable about having them snoop around our house, front and back. Danny is like that. He’d be welcome to just stop by if he is in the neighborhood. As a 68 year old guy and retired business bankruptcy attorney, Danny is the kind of employee you want to keep.
My main reason is for having one of the best technicians I’ve ever had, Eric. He makes the job look very easy. He goes around and takes care of everything in a very professional manner and explains it all to me.

Terminex employee's that have been chosen for my area/house have always been willing to go above and beyond what they were supposed to do for me. Always friendly and professional. Terminex will send people out even if I have a problem that didn't happen when they were here for my annual service.

Because Jason always calls the night before and lets me know when he’s gonna come and he’s always polite and nice and sweet when he comes and does my house. I would, however prefer that your agents quit calling me every time. I am a day late on paying my bill and trying to set me up for auto pay. I don’t like it. I don’t do it. There’s a reason for it because I wanna make sure I have money in there. So please tell the billing department to quit calling me.
