By now, most of you should know that I love writing positive reviews on quality workmanship. I experienced a "Rat Attack" in a shed attached to my game room. I asked Sir Brian Dabbs of Terminix for guidance on ridding a rodent. Without hesitation, he pulled his trusty Terminix phone and started making calls. Within 10 minutes I was scheduled for an appointment with the Terminix "Ratman"! I am very appreciative of our Technician, "Brian Dabbs," and want to say "Thank you". Just on a side note, I am not related to Brian; I am not the toothless 10th cousin, and we never met before he was assigned by Terminix as our technician.

Overall, pleased with the service I've received for 20+ years. Our technician is terrific. Have noticed the potency of the chemicals applied has dipped, perhaps, the mixture is one size fits all? This past service did not sufficiently address a specific problem we were having, the tech was advised, he applied the appropriate chemicals, however, it did not take care of the problem as well as the service usually does. I am currently waiting for a re-do to address the issue.

My technician Wayne, is always nice when he comes out to my house. He always does a good job taking care of the problem or just a maintenance call. If for some reason I’m still having an issue, he comes back out no charge to take care of the problem..I’m very happy with terminix I would recommend them for anyone needing this type of service.

Extremely professional and thorough.
The representative (man who performed the service) is on time, pleasant, knowledgeable (etc) AND I no longer have the crickets coming in as I did in the past. I might add that I am also sure that there are other companies that offer the same reliable service but I have not had past experience.
