Richard provides amazing service. He always texts remind us of upcoming appointments, and then checks in when he arrives to see if we encountered any new concerns since his last visit.

It works. I am on a premium plan with regular visits. During my last visit, I told my tech, Robert Fields, about a problem with sugar ants near my cat bowls. I did not want anything that would affect the cats. He provided a small trap with a paste the ants could get into and carry it back to the mound. Too small for the cats to get into and small enough to tape to the floor near the food bowls. Just what I needed.
Our technician, Andy, is very thorough and he always checks in to see if we are having any problems. Andy is the main reason for such a high score.
