Cooper always does a great job. They come out when we have an emergency bug problem. Our only complaint is the cost of our contract. We know everything cost more but the price continues to go up and up. As far the workmanship and representatives they are great! But being on a fixed income it gets harder and harder to afford the service.

The service man showed up around the appointed time and did a thorough inspection and sprayed all around the house. He did a good job and was gone in a short period of time.

My service technician Chris is very professional, thorough, efficient and caring. I am a colony caretaker of feral cats which reside on my property. Chris is always mindful of my colony cats when treating my property. It is very important and comforting that he not only has me, but also my colony cats best interests.

Our service technician is top-notch. I would have given a 10, but the pricing per treatment is a bit high compared to the treatment for our much larger primary home -enough so that I consider whether I am willing to change every time I pay the bill. The only reason we don’t is the service technician.
The gentleman that comes to our house to terminate the bugs is Simply AMAZING with his Customer Service!!!
