He found a faulty crack in my roof and because he pointed this out , I was able to get my HOA engaged and get this fix because I encountered heavy rodent issues. Jacob did a great job treating our ant problem. He came quickly, diagnosed the issue, and just a day or two later, they were gone.
Brian takes care of anything that pops up, even bees. And he lets us know when he will be coming for a visit, enabling us to think and remember any little problem that has arisen since his last visit.
