Annual plan is well worth the investment as technicians will come immediately if we have an unexpected pest event. When asked by anyone for a recommendation for a company that sprays for bugs, etc., especially friends, I tell them Terminex. I have been a long time customer and have been pleased with the lack of ants, spiders, etc around or in my house.
