Robert Negrete come to my house on time, wore shoe covers, clean cut, so sweet, and super thorough. He even moved my fridge and stove to spray behind them. He was also patient, answered all my questions, and was so polite. Truly an all around positive experience.

Sean Whitcomb is great! I had a yellow jacket problem last year that was very traumatic. I was going on vacation and he assured me he would take care of it If the problem didn’t go away he would come back and do whatever it took to get rid of the issue. He came in and took care of it. I ended up having to be away again unexpectedly for most of November and December and I haven’t seen a yellow jacket since he came out and took care of it. Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service.

Our servicing tech, mark, is great, friendly and responsive. The spray used seemed to be a little weaker on first use compared to our past pest company but a second round and a few more days seemed to get rid of the ants in our house just as effectively.

It’s because of the information they gave when they came out for the inspection. Then it was the service that was performed. The Terminix guy came out and did a fantastic job.
The exterminator named Kent is so knowledgeable and so friendly and explains exactly about every product he’s using. He even puts these little bug traps around that are like sticky. I would recommend him to everyone. He is the best.!!!
