Our technician always lets us know when he is scheduled to be here. That gives us a few days heads-up, which we appreciate. Then, on the day of treatment, the technician gives us an ETA. He always makes a point to say “Hello!” and ask is we have any concerns. Great customer service!

Alton Lee is the friendliest and most understanding guy. He does wonders for our pest control and goes above and beyond. Pests are already disappearing and its only been 2 treatments. He explained everything very nicely as well.

Our technician was very knowledgeable about the service he was providing but also very friendly. He explained the services that were provided and also showed us the places we should watch for hornets nest which we greatly appreciated. Overall great service and a great technician.
