I received quick respectful and effective analysis and treatment of a ant problem that we were having in our home. Scheduling the appointment was quick, I was kept informed of the progress of the agent who was coming on site. I was able to review the problem, describe my analysis, show an example of the pest I had captured. We agreed on a service plan that involved spraying inside and outside the house. The treatment quickly dealt with the problem. I appreciated the professionalism of the agent and the effective treatment of the problem.
