Our service professional is always on-time, very thorough, and leaves great feedback regarding what was found. We also very much appreciate the heads up notice we receive a day or two before they show up. That hasn't always been the case, but Terminix has addressed this, and now we can rearrange our schedule if needed.

We are very pleased to have Jim Harp as our Terminix representative. He always informs us when he is going to make a visit and gives a report when he completes his visit. We have no critter problems and no termites.

I invited him to come inside and check out some small ants that were showing up around the kitchen. He sprayed something into little small boxes he put around the kitchen floor so the ants would eat it and return to their nest to die. I have not noticed any ants today.
