There is one reason for the "10". That's Jimmie, our service specialist. He always takes the time to see how it's going, any complaints or insect problems. He also does an outstanding job keeping the bugs at bay. Terminix is a bit pricey, but Jimmie makes the difference.

I've used Terminix for many, many years and have never had a problem with scheduling appointments when a problem arose. The technicians are courteous, prompt and eliminate unwanted pests in the home.
