The prices are getting too high. The customer service is questionable sometimes but if brought to someone's attention, Terminix is quick to resolve it. Questionable in that I was told I had an appointment but it was rescheduled without my notification. Luckily I had called in to verify I had one, Terminix quickly responded.
My serviceman Francis is a real professional, calls ahead of time to let me know he’s coming, always polite and very efficient. Before he leaves he gives me an explanation of the situation And informs me of his actions and when he will be visiting again.
Cecilio is an excellent technician. He is on time and attends to all details. What a pleasant man! I never have to worry about the correct application of needed insecticides. Thank you Cecilio.

I've used Terminix for decades. Doug, my Terminix technician, always notifies me in advance and rings the doorbell when he first arrives. We discuss any concerns that I might have. Best news, I rarely have any bugs indoors
