I called Terminix and the first call was challenging today the least so I recalled and got Melody (I think that was her name and she solved all of the phone issues I have. I know that I can always count on Devonte. He lets me know at least a day ahead, texts me when he is coming my way, greets me on his arrival if I am here, He is highly responsible and I have never had a concern about his performance. Then he texts when he is finished. I hope that he gets the highest rewards possible because he is an excellent employee.

I have used them for years and found them to be reliable, effective and very smart. We get regular treatments and they are flexible when I need them to be. They brought rodent traps and check them regularly. I get photos of the interiors from the inspections, which I really like to see. They do a great job.
