We haven’t been customers for many many years. We live in the woods and would expect to have critters around. However, steady service by Terminix has protected our home so far.
The phone technician was very clear to me regarding what pest he suspected. He did not try to oversell services. We are selling our house, so we were only doing due diligence to the property before we list it for sale. The technician arrived within the agreed timeslot at the beginning of the timeslot. We were told that we could have them come out to spray again if we see the pests within the next 30 days. After the services we were sent a report card, of sorts, along with pictures which indicated the spaces treated and findings of pests in the treated area. Very pleased.

Our service technician, Brenda Patton, is excellent and thorough.
My only complaint about the company is their problem with processing electronic payments. Every month, we get emails saying our payment didn't go through on our credit card. Several days later, it processes. There is not a problem with our bank (we have no problems with other auto payments), and I have spoken with multiple people at the company, and it still happens. Not only is the email a nuisance, but we also get a bill through the mail. It's a waste of time and postage.
