Keeps bugs away
My experience was pretty great, very quick, and professional. My only criticism is the lack of clarity on the report after the work was done, and I wasn't entirely sure what was exactly done while I was gone. Maybe a video explaining the process before hand and a more detailed description of work preformed afterwards would be a nice step to take. Other than that incredibly easy to work with and get scheduled

James is very conscientious and thorough in his inspections. Plus, he is pleasant to chat with, which is not something you might expect from someone in his line of work. With regular inspections and treatments, we do not have serious problems with pests in our building, which gives us one less thing to worry about.
The person that sprays the office is always so kind and always checks to see if we are having any problems with bugs.
