My Terminix tech is the main reason why I am always recommending Terminix to people for both pests and termites. Jonathan Ballard has been my tech for many years and I like the same person coming to my house every time. He is thorough and knowledgeable about the variety of pests that I have been plagued with over the years. He remember the problem areas around my house and always treats them on return visits.
