Great customer service from our Tech, Kaurice Lopp. He does a great job explaining the procedures for each visit. Also the notifications given on his arrival and the day he will be servicing our home.

They supposedly wiped down all spider webs, but I went on to my front porch and there was webs everywhere. I know he had a young guy training so I am sure he will do better next time! I hate spiders!!!
