The #1 reason why I give you a 10 is because of my technician, Akeem. He goes above and beyond with all he does. He asks if you have any concerns etc…and takes care of them. Very personable and kind.
In January 2026, I gave a poor score. It wasn’t due to Akeem at all! It was due to the fact that I had just received an email that you were increasing your rates, again. I was paying $87.91 for years. With Terminex I’m paying $132!
