My contract is affordable and it includes spraying around the house for insects and wasps. Cleaning cobwebs. Outdoor traps for rodents. And getting rid of red ant mounds. They always let me know when they're coming out and I can let them know if I need special attention for things like red ants. I get a report at the end of the visit.

Will (the tech) is a nice guy, and did a good job without taking too much time.
The staff give me plenty of notice of the scheduled visit. He is timely wit his visits, always asks if there is something we've noticed or needs addressed while he is there. His follow-up texts provide me detail of what was completed and when he is done so my mother isn't wondering if/who is in the yard when she is home.
As long as you send Jacob I think we will be good to go. The other 3 were here 5 min and were done. Jacob was here for almost 15 min. He was very thorough.
