My primary reason for giving this score is the excellent service I received from Kariem at Terminix I was having problems with large cockroaches, small roaches, and beetles inside my bathroom and bedrooms.
Mr. Kariem came out, thoroughly treated the affected areas, and identified the trouble spot where the large cockroaches had been entering my home. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to address the source of the problem. That same evening, I found a large cockroach dead in the guest bedroom cabinet where Mr. Kariem had applied the treatment.
Thank you, Mr. Kariem, for coming out and putting my mind at ease. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. I truly appreciate his excellent service and would highly recommend him.

Chris was very friendly! He made sure all my spiderwebs on my eaves and the patio and everywhere else was taken care of, and he even got in the little areas around my windows . I’ve had other companies and they didn’t take any time and looking at everything they just sprayed and that was it. Chris took his time and checked everything out. I would definitely recommend you guys.
We had Terminix for over 20 years or more and the service is EXEMPLARY! Leo, our technician, is friendly, professional and has a great sense of humor!
We have a very steep driveway coming up to the house and he is diligent in always texting us to make sure no one's going down the driveway, as, it is one road and not two lanes.

You're technician is outstanding. He's very responsive, respectful and complete. We appreciate the service.
The only negative is that we cannot follow your bills. We used to pay for annual service and still have to call because we got other random bills. Now you're billing periodically and often, not one time for the year. We tend to call for clarity but it shouldn't require that we do that yearly.
