Thorough review of house with good explanations
Over the last 6 months we've really seen improvement in how our calls are handled. This includes phone requests for service and in person treatment service. In addition, when we had a problem Terminix was there to offer a plan to help, and in fact their treatments worked wonders.
My service tech - Deschler is great!!!! He is always helpful and friendly. I would only refer your company for bug spraying NOT termite control. The termite service through your company was awful. I cancelled the termite contract and only use your general bug service now.
My family and I have been with Terminex for over 20 plus years. We have always received excellent service from you folks. You help us keep the bugs and termites away and preserve our family home. I really like this company and the men who represent. Also, office staff when I call to pay my bill... lovely! Very polite, informative and the rep didn't look at me like I'm was an idiot when I called about the hornet's nest (lol, was already abandoned). Yes, we will always have field mice but the #s have been soooo much less than before! I would absolutely recommend!
