A young lady was at our house recently. Her name was Akeya. a very pleasant respectful lady. May I stop and interject at this point. I had Terminix for 15 years in North Carolina. When moved to Georgia I certainty wanted to have Terminix. What a disappointment I had. Your tech that was assigned to us was pathetic at best. Me being me I chose to grin and bear with his performance. At his end I gave him money so he could by some food because he said that he had no money. He performed half of his service and left and said not to worry that he would finish on his next visit. Well he never returned .You have sent several tech since. Some maybe a little better than others. Well, i was quite impressed with Akeya and I would desire that she if possible become our regular tech. You no doubt would not want to share this post so I will not indicate that it is ok to share given that it probably is computer generate. Thank you Akeya.

Very Good Service!!!!! However, I don't understand why the charge increases automatically every year. I have been a customer since probably the 1980's. In the last few years charges for service have increased every year. That is a downer.
