Michael Spurgeon, our technician, is the best! He always arrives exactly when he says he will, and he’s consistently professional and courteous. He’s also thoughtful about making sure our dog is safe and that our gate is locked when he leaves, which we really appreciate. No question or request is ever too big or too small for him. We truly appreciate the great service he provides.

We’ve had Terminix for decades and never had any bugs inside the house. The few that were outside were easily gotten rid of, e.g., wasps, and a special trip was made on a couple of occasions when something unexpected happened. Our service man, Nick, is really good at his job and a very nice man, too.

The gentleman , Mr Davis that does the bug service is great. The department that does the termite control has not been seen or heard of for i am guessing 2 years. We call and they say they will call back and that is the last you hear. Several times in 2024 they sent messages that they were coming to inspect the traps but never showed up.
