The primary reason is that we NORMALLY get the same tech every quarter. I don't know what is going on with your company now. The spray doesn't seem to keep out the spiders, you don't use the mice deterent or even killer as you used to. We would appreciate the same tech that knows us.

Your technician Devon is the best rep I have had at any of the major pest services in the USA. He is timely, considerate, an extremely good communicator and explains everything he is going to do and has done. I highly recommend him.
