I have a severe problem with Carpenter Bee's. The technician did a very good job treating the trim boards on my house. Hopefully, this will keep away the Woodpeckers! I'm a long time customer of Terminex and pleased with their work. I am a little surprised by your high turn-over rate of technicians (wonder what might be the cause i.e. pay, training or some other reason).
My Techician Mr Batu! He is knowledgeable, efficient, get the job done, is courteous with his communications and keeps me 100% informed. Mr Batu has always treated my properties as his own, with care, concern and exacting results. I hope Terminex values Mr Batu as an employee, because he is an excellent representative of the company and the work they can do to prevent all kinds of pest infestation and secure my home from unwanted pests.

The comment that I was not home was not correct. Technician did not knock on my door to advise me of his presence. It was of no consequence, but I still appreciate a heads-up when the technician will be at my house. I have been most pleased with the service from Terminix and my house has remained bug free since you have been my go-to Bug exterminator. Thank you.
