The service was as expected, exhaustive, clean, and accurately performed. The serviceman, Afshin Hedayati, was kind and helpful, explaining all the details and conditions of my property. He let me know in advance about the day and time of the approaching service. After the service, he provided his recommendations on possible problems, both orally and in writing.
I have had this service for years, not happy with the price. I used to get a phone call when they were coming. Recently, there is no heads up to their arrival. I don't believe the spray on the last visit was worth the price charged. I am not sure if I will keep this service.
I understand everything is going up but it is hard to keep up with all the other bills & then this one.. Thank you for the time to speak.

Management is very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. However, our quarterly service by Johnathan is excellent. He gets a 10. As for scheduling appointments on your website, I would rate it a zero. The date that you request is confirmed but the technician does not receive the notification so the scheduled appointment is missed.

Excellent job. Had these very annoying ants all over my kitchen, living room and finished basement since I moved to this house and couldn’t get rid of them for nothing..After my first treatment by Jason Trauger. It’s so much better. I actually have maybe in the last 2 days only seem maybe one or two ants possibly. Great company. Thank you Terminix and Jason as well for finding the source and solving my problem. Very pleased and will highly recommend Terminex to all my friends and family..
