I like the fact that they come when you need them and are friendly.
I am not thrilled about the turnaround Terminix seems to have. At one point I had a good relationship with our "person" that came out every three months. For some reason, he only lasted a year or longer. Whenever the next three months comes along, I feel like I have to "train" the new person as to where our traps are. Why is the turnover so high?

They are always on time. Do a thorough job. I have been with terminix for 20 years never a problem. Most of the time I have had Miguel Melendez as my tech. He is terrific. Always pleasant and very thorough.
However I do not like that they dont give you at last a day or two notice so I can arrange my schedule. Also it is getting so expensive I am having thoughts of stopping the service.

Since we're in the early stages of ridding my house of insects, I can't give a 10, until the problem is fully resolved.
I have been using the service for well over a year. Everybody’s been super friendly and Nick has always been courteous. The bees have been gone from day one and I’ve noticed a lot less spiders around my house as well as yellow jackets.
