I may be too late to have an impact but Darius Hill with Terminix is amazing, kind and thorough.
Mike was thorough, and professional. He asked questions regarding anything insects or rodent. He provided ant traps and did his job inside and out. He covered his shoes upon entering house.

My service provider, Robert Negrete is excellent. He always does a thorough job, is very helpful and efficient, asks whether we have had any pest issues and addresses any concerns. I also appreciate that he contacts me to confirm the scheduled appointment each quarter.
We really like our individual provider, André Machado. In the larger picture, a national firm such as Terminix remains immune to local corruption. Our previous pest control firm was closed down and the owner was imprisoned.
