My rodent problem seems to be taken care of after many years. The technicians who come have been great. They have carried the mantel for the company.
The issue I have is that I did not totally understand how things work from the initial sign up. I found trying to get answers about issues beyond the techs was problematic. Setting up appointments online was a problem: I would pick a date, get a confirmation and then get a notice later that my appointment was rescheduled when I would not be in the area. Also, leaving a message many times was not returned.
When I was still having rodent issues, I left a message for an exclusion appointment. When I did not get a return call, I called main number and was told my contract was expired. My fault on that, but why would I not get a call after the initial request.
I find the infrastructure that supports the techs is not as good as the work they do.
Now that I see positive results, I have continued with the company.
John accommodates us with our crazy schedule and always on time!
Noel did his usually fine job! He represents Terminix as well as anyone could. He is the main reason why I have recommended Terminix to many people through the years and will continue to do so.
