I like that the tech lets me know a couple of days in advance when he or she plans to come. And, If delayed, I like that I get a notice so that I know if there is a slight time change so that I can make sure that my pets are secure. All the of techs have been very polite and professional.

I gave a 10 because of my driver/service technician SERGIO. He is the best. He bends over backwards to accommodate my schedule and needs. He is always prompt and keeps in touch with me. Unlike other drivers, Sergio texts me the day before, then the morning of and always responds to my texts. Other drivers do not always do this. When he arrives he always asks what I want done. He does it quickly and efficiently. Let's me know when he's done, Askes if there is anything and off he goes. He's the best.

My technician, Sal, is fantastic! He’s very knowledgeable, professional and is always available when I need him.
Evan did an outstanding job. We had an infestation of mice, and he laid traps and explained clearly the next steps. Two days later we have caught four mice and hopefully will see no more traces.
Bobby Foster is a great Terminix agent. He is thorough, takes care of protecting my house and very efficient.
As far as service our technician, Kenneth Warren does an excellent job and is very thorough. The reason I didn't give a 10 is your website as far is billing is concern is a nightmare. Also I never get any notification by email when my technician is coming or when I have a bill due. I pay yearly. If it wasn't for the fact that Kenneth texted me two or three days before he comes, I wouldn't know he was coming. I have a pest control contract and a termite contract. Again I pay them yearly and I never get a notice that they are due, just the fact that they automatically take a monthly fee out of my pest control contract when the year I pay for ends and it is always a nightmare to straighten it our every year. Great pest control service, terrible billing and website. I think I am being very generous with a 9 it should probably be a 7!

My service has prevented any problems with pests. Although I only treat outside, I have had no problems inside.
Demarrio is very attentive to where the problem is and does not complain, when I ask him to go over it thoroughly. He also wears the bags over his shoes and doesn't touch anything while in the house with his gloves. He is professional and I do see bugs but they are usually dead in traps.
JERET is always courteous when he comes to my house. I always let me know what’s going on before and after. I really appreciate him.
