Peter continues to give us great service. I always know that he is coming a couple of days ahead of time. He notifies us when he’s on his way to our house, talks to us while he’s performing his service, and then I get a recap of the service when he is done! Peter isn’t excellent technician.

I've had Terminex for a couple of years now, and they've completely solved a problem with mice.
Brian was very attentive and thorough, and we discussed the need to watch out for bees and wasps.
The first techincian that came out did not reach out to us and did not put the barrier down around the house. Ic alled to have another person coem and finish the job. that technicain was wonderful, calledme twice, explained what he was doign and I saw evidence of it being done.
The person I talked to to have someone new coem finish the job or refund me was also very helpful.
