Your technician’s work and behavior is very good.
But it a little early. Just came yesterday. Let see if thier spraying gets rid of the bugs1st! Other than this was affordable atm. Servicemen was professional and showed on appointment date. But I never got call in advance. This wasn't sure of what time they be here. Was told I probably still see bugs as it takes a while to rid them and that they be back in a week. Had me sign his phone twice! But no information given as to what I was signing other than him saying it was proof of his coming and doing service. DK but I don't like signing things that I get no written or electronic copy of 1st! Afterwards did get email showing his service findings and work done.

Our Terminix guy (Joel) is always on time - alerts us days before coming to confirm its a convient time for us (& works around our schedule if needed). He keeps us posted on his arrival times the day of his visit & just goes above & beyond offering great service & great advise on keeping pests out of our home. He remembers our property & even reminded me during the last visit to be sure & give him.access to treat outside near a bathroom window where we'd previois had some issues with ants! Out technician keeps us loyal to Terminix due to his great service!

The person that sold me the policy was superb, a true young and energetic professional! The next day, the exterminator was friendly and eager to show me what he was doing, also. He further put the information where this "goat" could get it.
