He always makes a point of asking how everything is and whether we have had any problems since the last time he was there. He is funny, friendly, and always prompt.

Great service
I feel at times the sweeping of cobwebs around the house are a bit overlooked. I tend to be particularly sensitive to spiders and webs, so I notice when certain areas are overlooked.

Technician provides excellent service. Your billing is rather opaque and customer service help does not inspire confidence.
Professionalism, quick response good communication
Our technician, Jaden Tuangco,,arrived in a timely manner, as well as notifying me that he was on the way to perform the pest control service. I really appreciate that. In previous experiences with Terminix the Technician did not do a very good job with that.
The young man was very knowledgeable and showed very good manners. He explained what he was going to do for our home and sent the report promptly.

Excellent and reliable technician!
Bill is amazing! I moved away and saved his number as Terminix in my phone. I called him and instead of redirecting me to a call center. He just went ahead and talk to me. Set up service told me how to schedule it came out and did my new home even though I’m no longer on his current route just to ensure that I got treatment quickly. That kind of loyalty and customer service deserves to be rewarded!! Thank you, Bill Farrar you are amazing.

I really like the service and Jake is great!!!!! However I have had billing issues in the past and not sure they are solved yet. Waiting for my next bill. The billing department needs to improve.
