Arturo, the Terminix technician, notified me in advance re: the service date. When I could not be at the house to open the gates, he was responsive and able to reschedule immediately. When Arturo arrived he asked if I had any questions before starting the service. All this was appreciated.
Cooper was easy to get in touch with. It was incredibly easy to make the arrangements and they were thorough as all relevant questions were asked. As it was late in the day when I called they were able to come the next day and the problem was solved right then and there.
