Responded to my Carpenter Bee concern within a couple of days. Tech was very thorough in the treatment. Now, I'm waiting to be sure it lasts as long as I was told it would.
You guys are always on time. The gentleman always ask if I have any problems areas and cleans all the spiderwebs.
Friendly and good service
The primary reason? It would be our long time tech, Klay. He's our bug problem solver, he's knowledgeable and we trust him. I will most likely never let a stranger in my house (let alone treat every room) if Klay ever decides to leave. He's a keeper, and Terminix can keep us as customers as long as it's Klay
