Thomas is always prompt both on the calendar when the next service is due as well as on the day/time that he says he will be here. I receive a report after he leaves telling me what the treatment was and if there are any issues. He is responsive when I tell him of problems and he then provides the solution. Very professional!

I live in an area where insects and other critters are always looking for a way to get inside your home. I depend on Terminex to stop them before they become an issue. They are always courteous and professional. We know and trust our technician (Ivan B.) to always do a great job. He is very knowledgeable and represents Terminex well! My service tech, Julian, notified me by text that my home would be serviced on Sep 16. I sent a return message asking for specific treatment in specific areas. He acknowledged he understood. We weren't home when he arrived but he did everything I asked as visible on my home security system. It's nice to be able to trust your service techs to be professional in the absence of supervision.

Our Terminix technician, Austin, contacted us a couple of days in advance to let us know when he would be coming. He arrived as expected and let us know he'd be doing external pest control. He provided us with a written record of his findings, treatments he applied, and his followup information should we have any concerns before the next quarterly srvice. Altogether, perfect service.
