The reasons for my score are simple. EVERYONE we had to deal with so far had been very nice and polite. They had explained everything they were doing, as well as what they were going to do later. We learned alot about critters, and this team has been a joy to talk to. Most importantly, our rodent issue has appeared to decrease in activity. I will most definately refer Terminix going forward!

Further, Troy is punctual, professional and extremely skillful even going "the extra mile" for his customers.
