It's always with great confidence that I can extend my appreciation for the on-site service support I receive from Terminix serving Soledad, CA. Most recently from Miguel, who is always pleasant mannered and accommodates my service needs with an exceptional manner. Whether it is he or Fernando I commend their ambition to go above and beyond the call of duty. Because I am handicapped the little extras mean a lot, such as bringing my trash containers in or out from the street curbside if they come on a scheduled day of pesticide service. Thank you very much as always.

When my family and I move to Jackson, Tennessee from Naperville, Illinois we bought a house that had ants near our front door. Coming from Illinois we thought they were a nuisance. We noticed the floor near the front door was soft. The realtor recognized the issue and noted when we bought the house had a termite contract with Terminix and suggested we contact them. The ants were termites and consumed the plywood causing the soft floor. Terminix quickly identified the termites were in the backfill of our front porch. They quickly treated the area and relaced the damage floor; no cost to us.. Termite damage to the band joist was noted but not considered structural issue. After 25 years the house is standing strong after we moved to Franklin. I quickly learned how to recognize terminate infestation and used this experience to inspect the house we bought in Franklin which also had evidence of past termite infestation. We continued the Terminix contract for the house.
