He always rings the doorbell to let me know he has arrived, and he follows up with a text as well. If I’m outside, he makes sure to notify me when the service is complete.
He clearly explains anything he finds, what actions he has taken, and reminds me of important safety steps — such as keeping my dogs inside for the recommended amount of time. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail truly set him apart. I appreciate the exceptional service he provides every visit.

We have had service through Terminix for 20 years. We are happy and stay because they honor their commitment, keep our house free from pests, offer suggestions and guidance, and we have not seen turnover in staff that can cause headaches as a homeowner. Andrew always goes above and beyond. I scheduled this appointment in between regularly schedule3d sessions, due to the bugs getting out of control. Andrew made a special trip and knocked the spider webs back, took down mud daubers and stopped teh ant trails... excellent work!
