I believe Terminix is a good company and back-up their reputation with their insurance policy. They be the only termite/pest company that does that. I've been with them for only 30 yrs with multiple homes over that period and have never had a problem.
I do worry a little over their high turnover of technicians... it seems like I have a new technician with ever visit. May be something to look at to determine the cause.

OMG before Terminex came out to work in my yard, I had tons of ants, bees, wasps, flies and some other kind of bug. After the Terminex guy did his....magic... I never had another bug and it was Heaven!!!!!!!!!! He sprayed around my home, my two sheds, my pool, extra under my side steps, all around!!!!!!!!!
This week the guy sprayed in the basement cause I had tiny, tiny bugs in my bathroom and he found a beetle in the furnace room.

Confidence in Terminix started with Jeff who called me back to make an appointment, asking questions to understand the reason for our call. He explained the booking process, and how to contact after hours.
Matt communicated the process and answered our questions to keep our pet safe. He also clearly explained when to consider the treatment a success given it was an in ground nest. Very professional and personable.

Customer satisfaction appears to be most important to the company. In this day and age that is rare, but very gratifying to me. Your techs and customer service reps are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.
Oliver is the BEST!! I had an issue with some of the bait traps that were removed due to construction. He said I can fix that. He got the auger out of his truck. Dug three new holes and put the traps back in and then went ahead and finished the inspection around the rest of the house.
Oliver is professional. Thorough. Always asks if I need help with anything else. I highly recommend him & Terminix.
