He always rings the doorbell to let me know he has arrived, and he follows up with a text as well. If I’m outside, he makes sure to notify me when the service is complete.
He clearly explains anything he finds, what actions he has taken, and reminds me of important safety steps — such as keeping my dogs inside for the recommended amount of time. His professionalism, communication, and attention to detail truly set him apart. I appreciate the exceptional service he provides every visit.

We have had service through Terminix for 20 years. We are happy and stay because they honor their commitment, keep our house free from pests, offer suggestions and guidance, and we have not seen turnover in staff that can cause headaches as a homeowner. the sign up process was easy and the rep provided detailed information on the services included. The rep that came out to spay my lawn texted my prior to coming out to confirm his arrival and then once again when the job was completed. Also pricing is reasonable.
