Service these days seems to be waning and it is so refreshing when a young man like Hice redeems your faith in a faction of the service industry.
Charles Selvage with Termininix is the best! Extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. He has effectively managed the pest control at my home for many years now.
If you were not doing a good job I would send a complaint and depending on how the complaint was handled would then dictate if further action is needed.
