Being a customer for many years in multiple homes, we have been very pleased with the professional, courteous, and detailed exam of our home and property. Over the years service has been consistent with the knowledge and expertise of the representatives. Long term agents Nick and currently Richard have always addressed and responded to our concerns.

More than 10 years ago we found we had ants in a wall in our house. We called Terminix and they come out. an exterminator very quickly and expertly took care of the problem. We then decided we would get Terminix to maintain our house inside and outside. Terminix has been servicing our house for the last 10 years. We have had virtually no problems until we found some mouse droppings and we called Terminix and they had an inspector come out. We did have some bugs in our mattress and they sent a college graduate to our house to check it. He said we did not have bedbugs. We had some carpet beetles he treated our house for that. He then encased our mattress. That encasement stays on a mattress for the rest of the life of the mattress to guarantee that we will never get Beatles or bedbugs in our mattress. Part of that service was they all sent another college graduate to inspect our house for mice and rodents and he did find some evidence of mice. Set traps around the whole house and we caught four or five mice. He then came monthly to inspect the house and re-set the traps and bait them since he came regularly to inspect the traps and bait them. He has caught one or two mice since and now has certified our home as being rodent free we are selling our house and the new owners will have a chance to extend that service if they choose.
Good service and the technician always explain the treatment process. They discuss any concerns I may have and more than willing to give advice on what to look out for as the season changes.

The keep track of when to come out and they do an excellent job. I rarely see a bug in my house even in the summer. If I need anything specific they will address it. Very happy customer here. My tech is Valentine Rowley. I hope he gets the credit for all he does.
