Todd was the service tech. He is very through. A while back he was our regular tech. We had no any problem. Then they changed us to a different tech. Eventually we started getting ants. We had a special service but that did not stop the ants. We had still another service but this time with Todd and the problem was resolved. I am happy to have Todd back to service us and hope or is our regular tech going forward.
