Our technician is Derek. He is truly the reason why I would recommend Terminix. We’ve had other techs in the past that weren’t as good as Derek and we are totally confident that he is knowledgeable about our property and our problem areas and that’s basically why we choose Terminix. He’s always polite and schedules in advance around our schedules and just makes the whole experience of having a service provider at your house less stress stressful.

Good response to bug problem
I am very happy with my exceptional service I receive in Lakeland Fl. Fred Perkins and JOSHUA GWYNNE are professional, knowledgeable, and always on time for my routine visits. The team that treated our termite issue many years ago and follows up yearly are fantastic also. Thank goodness we don't see them enough to remember there names because they did there job right the 1st time and no more issues with termites!

The exterminator was professional, well knowledged and courteous.
I took off one point due to a few hiccups in service a couple of years ago but since then, my service has been great. The issues I had previously may have been on the actual techs not showing up or it could've been because the office didn't have a manager for a period. I ended up going to upper/regional management about my issues and it was immediately addressed and my service is back to the same exceptional service I had for years with Terminix prior to that period of hiccups.
Mostly my great review of service is due to the tech professional, Hugo, assigned to my area. He's great! Always efficient, thorough and courteous and gives informative explanation about the service. He is an asset to the company.
I don't know if Joshua, servicing my place yesterday, used anything to keep the banana spiders away like the last stuff that people would put inside the bottom of the ceiling over the cars, because we didn't talk about it; I always like to have the area outside of the front and back door sprayed for bugs, to keep them out; I didn't know only the metal was sprayed until he told me, as I see dead bugs on the mat out front. He was very helpful, and being that my grown daughter from Louisiana (who will inherit this) is scared to death of the huge spiders that string huge webs around here. We have ony seen smaller webs in the azaleas with baby spiders that elude getting smashed most of the time. You have to really stomp on these spiders because I've tried everything else. Joshua was really good about everything; faster than everybody else who has come at some time.
Issac is always professional, knowledgeable and informative. He ensures that we understand then the issue is and how he will address it. Super friendly!!

Our technician, Alvin Price, is punctual, courteous, friendly. On a previous visit he pointed out some decay in the wood of our siding, maybe beyond the call of duty. Very helpful to us.
