The technician was knowledgeable and was very good about answering my questions. He wiped under the eaves for webs and bee hives as well.
Clayton is amazing!!! I had a previous service provider that never got rid of the problem. I am so happy I selected Terminix as there’s already a huge difference! The follow up is fantastic and Clayton is always extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and is always considerate with my time. I had to chase my old service provider down every few weeks and I don’t have to do this here. The communication is spot on!

Terminix was quick and efficient with spraying the house for bedbugs. Their instructions for prep beforehand were clear and easy to follow. The follow-up spraying’s are a thorough way to check for bed bugs.

Working on the outside and seldom coming in to get the insects already inside works 90-95%. Yet, sometimes they find a way. Especially the flying critters because the door was left open too long. Or my husband forgot to pay attention to letting you know what was going on because I was not here.....????
