the people that work for terminix were friendly and knowledgeable. the tech walked me through the process of what he was doing throughout my house. he ensured me that calling terminix was a great idea to rid my home of slight rodent problem and roach infestation. he informed us that terminix would check on us and make sure we are satisfied with their treatment.

Npha Sesay, who comes every quarter to perform the exterior pest control services, and any indoor ones I might find, is a thorough professional with very friendly customer service approach to his job. He makes sure to replace the pest glue traps at the entry to and interior corners of the garage. He always reminds me to contact him at anytime between visits if I have a pest problem and he will attend to it right away. Mr. Sesay is an outstanding Terminix professional,
