On the first visit they should do a complete evalutaion---inside and outside- to determine needs.
We had called due to rodents outside, but they did not offer to check inside (basement) to look for mice and other pests. We had to ask them to check out basement ceiling after we found mice that had come in and we had trapped on our own,
Now at our request both inside and outside traps (some of which they have suppied) are now checked monthly.
Friendly service, no bugs.
