Ed Joyner is always on time and respectful of our property. He notifies me of when my service date and time is. After the service he lets me know what treatments were done and if I have any questions.
I like the lady that did the work
Services are usually pretty good for the outside, however some areas were missed, as far as brushing the spiders and webs. Maybe a new, stiffer brush is needed. I also took a couple of pictures of certain areas.
They do a great job for us, very professinal. We're very happy with the wortk your folks are doing for us!

The pricing is a little high, but if it weren't for our technician (Dan Williams), I might be searching for a different alternative. Being retired, our pay doesn't go up each year so at times, it's a little hard to keep up with rising prices. But with Dan's persistence of the spider situation we have, he is on top of trying to get rid of them. When you have brown recluce in your house, you just want to get out. So thank you Dan for your help and follow-up.

Patrick Tamba Joseph provided excellent service when he visited my residence. Did a thorough inspection of the exterior of the residence as well as performed his normal anti-pest applications. Patrick also came into the residence and collected pest tents in the basement as well as laid down fresh tents. Patrick is professional, personable, and goes the extra yard to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied with the service.
