We got an appointment quickly. The office handled everything professionally. Eric was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took care of our issue immediately and reassured us he would not leave us hanging if the treatment didn’t kill all our carpenter ants.
When we saw the extent of how many ants came out and died we realized how serious our issue had been and feel the money for the treatment was well spent.

I was pleased with my service appt where I saw, on camera, the Terminix tech removing spider webs with a long brush. I felt that it was beyond the expected duties of him. He seemed to really care about doing a good job. He was punctual also and I appreciate that.
