We give our service technician, Adam, an 11 ! He is just great.
What we don’t like is the automatic billing instead of paper - when I called and asked for paper billing - just told too bad for me!
Also we believe the woman who inspected our home at 5326 Grove Manor was not truthful and charged us $2,000 for very little and damage that wasn’t even there - your repair guys couldn’t find much to fix when we walked around the house with them!

My technician, Omar, is very friendly and thorough. I appreciate having the same tech as he remembers where the wasps nest and is careful to check for them all around the property. Service is reliable and unobtrusive. I appreciate the communication before, on arrival and after service.
Eric was prompt, courteous and very professional. He listened to our concerns and issues. He developed a game plan to take care of the problems and then reviewed everything he completed and what we should expect - no more bugs.
