Your usual service technician (David) is the reason I give you high marks. He is the best, kindest, most thorough technician we have ever had service our interior and exterior needs.
However, the price of service continues to rise and now the economics of this service is moving back to evaluating the competitive market. The "get what you pay for" is everyone's lead pitch claiming they are the best...just mentioning this as the potential loss of me as a long-time client (and I have used several other of your services...foundation vents, mold mitigation, crawlspace encapsulation, other general repairs) has now entered the thought space as we re-evaluate every service we contract on an ongoing basis...thank you for your service up to this point...
