Everyone did a great job from the salesman to the technician that came out. I’m extremely happy with everything and excited about not having pests in my house anymore. And to add one thing I forgot about paying my bill so if you guys are reading this, I will get on that tomorrow or this weekend and get that paid! Sorry about the delay.

Frankie is great. He is personable and respectful. He remembers the unique requests every time and there isn’t a need to remind him. This leaves much confidence in his customer service and ability to do his job well.

I would have given a 10. I have emailed twice that I have not seen the report from my last treatment. I also was never called to be informed someone was coming out. I am on the verge of cancelling. The communication is very laxed.
I like the rapport I have with my Company representative, Brandon. He is very knowledgeable & attentive to my concerns. Also, I am usually able to get a service call within a reasonable time frame should I have an issue arise. They will make an effort to schedule me with whoever is next available if my account rep is on vacation, etc.

Technician was very thorough and professional. I had a few questions and he took the time to answer them. Also showed me where he found some bee nests and got rid of them.
They were friendly and they worked very thoroughly around the house.

Frankie was very generous with his time, even though the dates got mixed up he recovered by going all out to make sure my condo was sprayed at MVP for that. I am grateful and he did a very thorough job every time Frankie sprays the roaches do not come back for a long time. He is very good at what he does and he always go beyond the call — so mahalo! I almost want to call him the roach whisperer :)
Every time I call they can come out same day or within 24 hours. Running a short term rental, you have to juggle between guests and I really appreciate the accommodation.
